When first installed, I pointed Plex to my USB disk with ~200 movies and thousands of audio file (mp3's). My AC88u got a bit busy for a while as Plex went to get fanart and subtitles. Mount was succesfull this time, but in Plex no files where found. Plex plugins are really useful, so it’s been frustrating to see Plex remove its official Plugin Directory and start phasing out plugin support entirely. It’s equally frustrating to see other blogs and guides still recommending Plex plugins that no longer work.

this channel/app still uses your internet/unique ip address that your pms use to dl and stream movies to your devices/plex clients. imagine this app is like utorrent/deluge or whatever bittorrent client you use in your desktop pc/laptop. hence youre not invinsible from riaa/mpaa who tracks downloaders of copyrighted movies. I don’t use this channel, but to anyone who wishes to poke around in the channel code, you might find better luck changing the code parts that mention “fetch-api.website/tv” to “fetch-api.website/shows” According to Popcorn API list, there is no such thing as “tv”. I’ve no idea as of this posting if that recently changed or not, or if my idea would work, but, /shows does exist So is this something else I should take up with Mikedm139, or are you two already on it? Meanwhile, are there any tips you might offer for adding the channel from your GitHub manually to ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins/ ?
